The Vatican has put together a list of seven "social" sins that includes excessive wealth, drug abuse, littering, genetic tampering and creating poverty.
The seven social sins are:
- "Bioethical' violations such as birth control
- "Morally dubious" experiments such as stem cell research
- Drug abuse
- Polluting the environment
- Contributing to widening divide between rich and poor
- Excessive wealth
- Creating poverty

I think it's been shown that enforcing #1 contributes to #7, so you can't keep all of these simultaneously. They also lack the gravitas and clarity of "Thou shalt not covet thy neighbors ass ..."
