I just made this fudge, it came out so awesome and was so easy i had to share it.
Aunt Rose's Fudge
4C confectionary sugar (1 lb)
1-8 oz. pkg softened cream cheese
4 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp vanilla
dash of salt
1. slowly add sugar to cream cheese, mixing until well blended
2. stir in remaining ingredients
3. press in greased 8" square pan
4. Chill. Cut into squares. Makes 1.5 lbs
a little something to snack on during those late night raids, to keep you awake. enjoy! and yes, my aunt rose (RIP) is real...she lived on the jersey shore.
