i'm working with developing a troupe of improvisational character actors.. the shows document their evolving relationships and changing selves. They each have 3 characters to make up and choose from each show... however sometimes performances are a month apart and their memories may fail them by the next show.

I had an idea to develop character sheets a la D&D for each character they continue to revise to come back to after each show...

anyone have any ideas or weblinks to role playing games that are very "close to life" (no spaces for weapons and such) that I could potentially alter slightly to use for this show??
